Family Management Services, LLC is providing business advertisements to help you to locate service providers in the community.  These advertisements function differently than the "Affiliate Links".  With the "Business Advertisements" there may, or may not, be a link to the organizations website and the purchase must be made through the sales personnel of the business.  The "Business Advertisements" are not "Affiliate Programs". 

Educational services for families, and individuals, that are provided through one-on-one coaching (adults only):

•  Coaching in the use of Administrative (skills), Information Systems (skills), (skills) for the Management of Information and simple IT (skills), to manage a family, a volunteer organization or a small business.

• Coaching in how to track and compare actual expenses to budgeted expenses and how to use this documentation to make decisions based upon logical reasoning (rather than making decisions based upon what your personal feelings are at the moment).

Currently a "Certified Computing Professional" through the "Instutute for the Certification of Computer Professionals" based upon competitive examination and continuing ecducation.

Proctoring of professional certification exams (for the Institute for the Certification of Computer Professionals, (the ICCP).   Bob has been Professionally Certified related to his work since January of 1970.  He has been recertified every three years since 1985 on the basis of continuing education.

Pricing policies and availability:

Family Management Services, LLC is offering negotiable services and fees.  The minimum for computer literacy coaching is $ 15.00 per hour plus expenses.  The minimum charge for "simple budget coaching" is also $ 15.00 per hour.  The minimum fee for Professional Advice (based upon decades of work experience, volunteer work along the way, and continuing education along the way) is $ 40.00 per hour.  I offer referrals to credentialed and experienced professionals in various fields (when asked, for no charge).

All Personal and Professional Services are offered primarily within Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Mileage is billed at $0.58 per mile when providing services or delivering merchandise. 

Items for resale are offered for the sum of:

1.  Purchase cost (including S&H and State of Maryland Retail Sales Tax, if applicable),
2.  A small fee.
3.  State of Maryland Retail Sales Tax, (if applicable).
4.  The delivery fee (if applicable).

The Shopping Center can be accessed from anywhere.
